By accessing or using Vibe Codors ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

Vibe Codors is a marketplace that connects sellers of vibe-coded projects (projects built with AI coding tools) with potential buyers. We provide a platform for listing projects, browsing available projects, and facilitating direct communication between parties. We do not handle transactions, provide escrow services, or act as an intermediary in deals.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may only maintain one account

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your listings and profile
• Only list projects you have the legal right to sell
• Ensure all URLs and demonstrations are functional and accurate
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with other users
• Complete transactions in good faith if you agree to terms with another user
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• List projects you do not own or have rights to sell
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other abusive behavior
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Post malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Manipulate listings or reviews

Listings and Content

When you create a listing or post content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the Service
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings
• We may verify URLs and project functionality before publishing listings
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms

Transactions Between Users

Important: Vibe Codors is a listing platform only. We do not:

• Process payments or handle money
• Provide escrow services
• Act as a party to any transaction
• Verify the quality or legitimacy of projects
• Guarantee the completion of any transaction
• Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers

You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with other users. We strongly recommend conducting due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Vibe Codors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Fees and Payments

Currently, Vibe Codors does not charge fees for basic listing services. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice. Any transactions between users are handled directly between those users, and we do not take a commission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That the information provided is accurate or reliable
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listings, projects, or users. Use of the Service and any transactions you enter into are at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE CODORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages related to transactions between users
• Any content or conduct of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Codors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vibe Codors is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibe Codors regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
